Everything we make, on one wall
We didn’t bring a selection. Paper fruit trays, plastic fruit trays, foam net sleeves, PET containers and absorbent pads — the whole range, side by side, at the same size.
That is deliberate. The people walking this floor do not arrive with the same problem, and a wall that only answers one of them is a wasted trip.
A shipment does not fail for one reason
It fails in stages. Each stage has a product in front of it.
The fruit sweats. Paper fruit trays are breathable and moisture absorbent, with individual cells so that no piece touches its neighbour on the way to market.
Then the surface takes a knock. Plastic fruit trays in PP and PET, in a full range of sizes and colours, for packing and for fruit display. For fruit that needs a cushion before it needs a box, foam net sleeves — protective and crack-proof, in EPE and in a biodegradable material.
The carton gets wet from the inside. Kraft paper absorbent pads, one per box, laid over the load. Keep carton dry, keep fruit fresh — that is the whole job.
And on the shelf, the pack has to sell the fruit. Antifog PET containers, clear enough that the fruit is doing the packaging.

Our paper trays have passed the same three quality gates for years — incoming paper checked for thickness consistency and fibre purity, in-production control, and a final check before loading.
