Our factory ensures top-quality paper fruit trays through strict three-stage QC.
- Pre-production:
- Raw Material Inspection: Incoming paper rolls and sheets undergo thorough testing for thickness consistency, fiber purity, and compliance with food-grade standards. We reject any materials with uneven density or chemical residues that could compromise fruit safety.
Mold Preparation: Molds are meticulously cleaned to remove dust, paper particles residues—ensuring tray surfaces remain smooth and free of indentations. Each mold is also calibrated for precision, with dimensions verified against specifications to ensure a perfect fit for target fruit types.
- In-production:
- Forming Accuracy Checks: Operators conduct on-site inspections to monitor thickness uniformity across each tray. Edges are scrutinized for smoothness—eliminating sharpness that might bruise delicate fruit.
- Process Parameter Control: Key variables such as heat, pressure, and forming time are continuously tracked and logged. Deviations from optimal settings trigger immediate adjustments, preventing batch defects and ensuring consistent tray rigidity.
Sampling Testing: Random samples from each production run are subjected to moisture resistance tests and preliminary load tests to validate performance early in the process.
- Post-production:
- Comprehensive Final Inspection: Every tray is checked for structural flaws—including cracks, burrs, or warping—that could compromise functionality. Load-bearing capacity is validated through standardized tests, simulating real-world stacking during transportation and storage.
- Packaging & Traceability: Random unboxing inspections confirm that packaged trays remain undamaged and aligned with production standards. Each carton is affixed with a traceability label, linking to batch-specific data for full transparency.
Every production batch passes these rigorous steps, guaranteeing optimal protection for your fruit.
