What is a Bubble Pad?
A bubble pad is a flat sheet of molded kraft paper with a raised dimple surface. Unlike fruit trays that hold each piece in an individual compartment, bubble pads sit underneath the fruit — lifting it off the base of the box, absorbing vibration from below, and creating airflow channels that prevent the condensation microclimate responsible for accelerated spoilage.

1. Impact Absorption from Below Road vibration and container stacking transmit shock upward through the box floor. Without a cushion layer, the bottom row of fruit absorbs all of it. Our raised dimple geometry distributes pressure unevenly, converting a single flat impact into hundreds of micro-buffers.
2. Moisture Ventilation Condensation forms when cold fruit meets warm ambient air inside a sealed container. A flat plastic liner traps this moisture against the fruit skin — accelerating mold and rot. The bubble pad’s raised surface creates continuous air channels that allow moisture to evaporate before it condenses.
3. Zero Material Risk Made from 100% virgin kraft paper — uncoated, unbleached, no chemical additives. Fully recyclable. Fully biodegradable. Safe for direct food contact without the compliance headaches that come with treated materials.
