In the fresh food supply chain, improper packaging often causes considerable fruit damage and economic losses during transportation and storage. Today, we will publicly disclose for the first time our factory's "four step precision monitoring method" for plastic fruit trays.
1、 Strict four stage inspection process
Raw Material Inspection: We refuse to accept inferior materials. Each batch of plastic raw materials entering the warehouse must undergo color consistency testing and ensure that there are no impurities or odors. Only raw materials that meet food grade safety standards can enter the production line, eliminating secondary pollution from the source.
Real time monitoring of sheet: During the extrusion stage, we strictly control the temperature and pressure to ensure uniform thickness and smoothness of the surface. This precision control can effectively avoid tray breakage caused by uneven force during subsequent packaging, and protect the skin from physical damage.
Mold Inspection: The mold is the soul of the product. We insist on cleaning up residual debris every shift to ensure that the mold surface is clean and free of residue. At the same time, we will regularly conduct precise size measurements to ensure that each grid position can perfectly adapt to different varieties of fruits, achieving a "tailor-made" stability.
Finished Product Inspection: All finished products must pass a full visual inspection (crack and burr prevention) and a load-bearing pressure test. Of particular note is our high and low temperature environment simulation test: by simulating the high temperature environment of summer transportation, we ensure that the pallets do not deform or crack under extreme conditions.
2、 Specialized warehousing and traceability
Standardized warehousing: Our sheets and finished products have dedicated storage areas. Adopting classified placement and dust-proof and moisture-proof management to ensure that the physical properties of the products remain stable before they are released from the warehouse.
Full chain tracking: Each box of products contains a batch traceability source code. Through labels, we can accurately trace the specific production date, machine, and operator, making every delivery traceable.
